Avoid prolonged moisture, direct heat and unnecessary friction. Keep cosmetics, perfume, oils and alcohol-based products away from the surface, lining and hardware.
- Note Take particular care when wearing light-coloured pieces against dark or newly dyed clothing, as colour transfer may occur.
Allow the piece to rest.
Empty the bag before storing it and support the shape lightly with clean, colourless tissue. Keep it inside its dust bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Rest handles and straps in their natural position. Avoid overfilling the bag or placing weight on top of it during storage.
Begin gently.
If the piece becomes wet, blot the surface gently with a clean, soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally. Do not use direct heat or rub the surface.
Avoid household cleaners, wet wipes, alcohol and unverified conditioners. A treatment that is suitable for one material may permanently alter another.

Care varies by leather, suede, textile, coated surface and finish. Where verified material information is available, follow the guidance provided with the piece. If you are unsure, share a clear image with your private advisor before cleaning or treating it.
