Making a return request
To make a return request, contact us within 7 calendar days. The security tag must remain attached.
Review and deductions
Where a return is not caused by seller responsibility, a 15% deduction applies. Seller-responsibility cases are exempt from that deduction.
Refund timing
After an approved return has been resolved, a refund is initiated within 3–7 calendar days.
Packaging
Most items are supplied with brand-style gift packaging. Oversized luggage and selected special models may be supplied without a gift box. Gift boxes are presentation packaging, and cosmetic damage during carrier handling or international transit is common.
Where the item itself is undamaged, cosmetic damage to the gift box alone does not qualify for compensation. For complete packaging guidance, see Shipping & Delivery.
