Tracking & delivery

Transport and customs processes can sometimes add time beyond our direct control. Please allow for this when planning a purchase.
Packaging
Most items are supplied with brand-style gift packaging. Oversized luggage and selected special models may be supplied without a gift box.
Gift boxes are presentation packaging. Cosmetic damage during carrier handling or international transit is common, and we cannot guarantee that a gift box will arrive in perfect condition.
Where the item itself is undamaged, we do not provide compensation solely for cosmetic damage to the gift box. If the item itself arrives damaged in transit, please contact CloneBags promptly with clear photographs. Our after-sales team will review the case and confirm a fair, transparent resolution.
