The current terms for ordering, dispatch, delivery, cancellation and returns.

Ordering and delivery

You may cancel an order before dispatch.
Once a tracking number has been provided, delivery is expected in 7–15 calendar days.
Transport and customs can add time beyond our direct control.

Make a return request within 7 calendar days, with the security tag still attached.
Where the seller is not responsible for the return, a 15% deduction applies. Seller-responsibility cases are exempt.
After an approved return is resolved, a refund is initiated within 3–7 calendar days.
Most items are supplied with brand-style gift packaging. Oversized luggage and selected special models may be supplied without a gift box.
Gift boxes are presentation packaging, and cosmetic damage during carrier handling or international transit is common. Where the item itself is undamaged, cosmetic damage to the gift box alone does not qualify for compensation.
