Ordering and delivery
- After a tracking number is provided, delivery is expected in 7–15 calendar days.
- Cancellation is available before dispatch.
- Transport and customs delays can occur outside the storefront’s direct control.
Returns and refunds
- A return request must be made within 7 calendar days and the security tag must remain attached.
- When the return is not caused by the seller, a 15% deduction applies. Seller-responsibility cases are exempt from that deduction.
- A refund is initiated within 3–7 calendar days after the approved return is resolved.
- Outer packaging can protect a shipment but its cosmetic condition cannot be guaranteed after carrier handling or customs inspection.
