Reference images for a request that does not become an order are deleted no later than 30 days after the last advisor conversation. If the request becomes an order, its reference images are deleted no later than 30 days after request completion. Order, payment and contact records follow the order policy separately; reference images do not inherit the longer order-record retention period. Files are accepted only after server validation.
