01 Do I need an account to browse or order?
No. Prices are visible throughout the collection, and you may complete an order without creating an account. An account remains available if you would like to keep your order and address details together.
02 Can I order without speaking to an advisor?
Yes. You are welcome to browse and order independently. Private guidance is entirely optional.

03 How can a private advisor help?
Your advisor can help with a particular piece, colour, size, proportion or occasion, as well as questions about an existing order. Choose WhatsApp for a direct conversation or Email for a more detailed enquiry.

04 What if I cannot find the piece I have in mind?
Use Request a Piece to share a reference and any details you know. Your private advisor will review the request and return through your chosen channel with the available options and a personal quotation.
05 How many reference images can I send?
You may add up to four images. Share four views of one piece, or one clear front view of up to four different pieces. Additional notes can refer to the image numbers 01–04.
06 Does submitting a request place an order?
No. A private request begins a conversation. You can consider the available options and quotation before deciding whether to continue.
04 · Approval before dispatch

07 What happens before my order is dispatched?
Once your order is ready, it is passed to our quality control team for an individual review. Images or video are then shared with you for consideration.
08 Will my order be dispatched before I approve it?
No. Dispatch takes place only after receiving your approval.
09 What if I have concerns about the QC images or video?
You are welcome to raise anything you would like us to revisit. We can review the details again, address your concerns or prepare another piece before dispatch.
