Jackie 1961 Medium Bag

Gucci’s Fall Winter 2024 rework of the Jackie 1961 centered on one thing: a light gold-toned piston closure, a satisfyingly mechanical snap that anchors the bag’s crescent silhouette. This black natural grain leather version is the collection’s quietest statement.

Unlined and deliberately soft, the medium bag molds to the body when worn, its 19.1 × 27.4 × 4.1 cm frame slipping easily under the arm. A leather strap and an extra green-and-red Web strap give two styling routes.

A single zip pocket with a Gucci Crest puller is the only interior interruption, so the leather’s grain does the talking.
